CANADIAN ORDERS

BY WAY OF A QUESTIONABLE BC LAW, you must be 18 years of age to purchase a bag of BBs in BC. FOR BC GUN OR BB ORDERS (parts are excluded), AL AIRSOFT MAY ASK FOR ID TO CONFIRM YOUR AGE. 

All major payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and EMT. Payments are processed through Shopify. 

PayPal has decided to cease the processing of payments to AL AIRSOFT due to the sale of completely legal airsoft products. If you have any questions, please contact PayPal directly. 

PRODUCTS ARE PHYSICALLY IN STOCK UNLESS SPECIFIED. Pre-order products will be marked as such. Orders within Canada will be shipped within three business days, unless unforeseen circumstances arise. By BC LAW, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an airsoft gun in Canada. Use of an Airsoft gun in an illegal manner carries the same penalty as real firearms; use at your own discretion with common sense in mind. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, please be aware of your local laws and customs regulations; AL Airsoft is not responsible for any customs seizures.

BLS BBs WHOLESALE

Online prices may be inflated for processing costs. For local wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us directly for lower prices and local delivery.

For a list of services provided, visit our “About page”. Use the "Contact" page or email us directly at alairsoft.ca@gmail.com for tech service quotes. We usually do not charge diagnostic fees.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY/PREORDERS 

Items marked as “Preorder” are either already on their way to Canada or ordered in monthly. They are made available early for a guaranteed price and inventory. Items that do not include a preorder label are physically in stock and will ship within 3 business days of your order being placed. “Custom Preorder” products can be ordered on demand, but have not yet begun their transit. Be sure to check the product listing for full details and estimated timelines.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, shipped orders cannot be cancelled

Before the shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by emailing us at alairsoft.ca@gmail.com or through the contact page on the website. A 5% cancellation fee will apply if you choose to cancel the order. Please note your order is not cancelled until you have received an order cancellation confirmation email from us. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Airsoft guns are inspected for quality assurance and tested for function before they are shipped. Most returns and exchanges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, aside from obvious manufacturer defects or issues. Please contact us directly for a solution to your issue.

BASIC GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS:

All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. They must be brand new in the box and unused. Returns without the original packaging will either be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items installed will not be accepted for exchange or return. Factory sealed items will be FINAL SALE.

All goods returned for exchange are at the sender's expense. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping cost.

Label your return packages as "PRODUCTS FOR RETURN”. Returned items MUST BE properly packaged—with a generous amount of packaging materials to avoid damage during transit. Gun boxes must be covered when shipped.

AL AIRSOFT is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted via email or phone. If the returned items meet the requirements, a refund or exchange will be issued.

PRIVACY POLICIES

As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect personal information from your interactions with us and our website, including through cookies and similar technologies. We may also share this personal information with third parties, including advertising partners. We do this to show you ads on other websites that are more relevant to your interests and for other reasons outlined in our Privacy Policy.
