Pretensioned oil quenched irregular pitch steel springs 

Pretensioning ensures power does not go down no matter how many cycles. We have tested this in our own personal builds that have 150k+ cycles (lost count) and power has stayed consistent. This is what we run in our custom aeg builds.

The M stands for meters per second on 0.2s, do the math to find the approximate fps with 0.2s. Expect +/- 15fps depending on your gun's compression and cylinder to barrel ratio. For example, G&G CM16s do not have an o-ring in the nozzle so an M100 would chrono around 320 fps with 0.2s, while something like an ICS MK18 with absolute perfect compression and a tight bore barrel may chrono up to 345 fps on 0.2s. So your mileage may vary.
